(1) Attendant fee
The traveler pays the attendant fee to us when a match is made with an attendant. The attendant fee is paid to the attendant as compensation for the traveler and the attendant sitting together for a meal.
The amount of the attendant fee can be set by the attendant in advance and will be displayed to the traveler on the service.
The attendant can receive the attendant fee from us after proving to us in a prescribed manner that the matched traveler and the attendant dined together. The attendant fee will be held by us until then. When paying the attendant fee to the attendant, a system fee will be deducted.

(2) System Fee
When we pay the attendant fee to the attendant, we deduct the system fee from the payment. The amount of the system fee is set at approximately 36% of the attendant fee (55% of the attendant fee minus the system fee) and is displayed to the attendant on the service in advance.

(3) Other Expenses
In principle, travelers must cover the cost of food and drinks consumed by attendants when dining with them. In addition, users must cover the cost of internet connection and other costs required to access services.

Payment Method

Attendant fees can only be paid by credit card. The actual payment date will be determined by the credit card service provider.
Handling cancellations
(Attendant fees)
Travelers will dine with an attendant even after paying the attendant fee.
You can receive a partial refund if you cancel up until the day before the scheduled meal date (hereinafter referred to as the "scheduled meal date"). The amount of the refund is as follows:

a) Cancellation the day before the scheduled meal date: 20% of the attendant fee.
b) Cancellation between 6 and 2 days before the scheduled meal date: 50% of the attendant fee.
c) Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled meal date: 70% of the attendant fee. This is the system for cancellation.

Disclaimer for
system malfunctions
Even if trouble occurs between a traveler and an attendant due to a system malfunction, we shall not be legally liable unless the malfunction is due to our intentional or gross negligence.
Service availability Travelers can be matched with an attendant by completing the payment of the attendant fee.
