Attendant fees can only be paid by credit card. The actual payment date will be determined by the credit card service provider. |
Handling cancellations (Attendant fees) |
Travelers will dine with an attendant even after paying the attendant fee. You can receive a partial refund if you cancel up until the day before the scheduled meal date (hereinafter referred to as the "scheduled meal date"). The amount of the refund is as follows: a) Cancellation the day before the scheduled meal date: 20% of the attendant fee. b) Cancellation between 6 and 2 days before the scheduled meal date: 50% of the attendant fee. c) Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled meal date: 70% of the attendant fee. This is the system for cancellation. Please refer to the terms of service for handling of fees. |
